Real or Fake: Tiger Woods signed golf ball

If you are thinking of buying a Tiger Woods golf ball be carefull, since I am a volunteer for The Players Championship, I have personally spoken to Tiger Woods. I asked him if he can sign golf balls, and to my surprise he said one of his sponsors put in his contract that he is not allowed to sign golf balls so that is why if you carry a sign for him and after his round he givesyou a golf ball. It has his name printed on the golf ball and he wont sign it. I'm not sure if this is only recently or not but buyers beware if it says either 2006 or 2007 signed Tiger Woods golf ball beware.
